Review: NYX Round Lipstick

Piano piano il clima si sta facendo sempre più rigido, e questo vuol dire due cose: il mio umore è direttamente proporzionale alla temperatura dei miei piedi, e ho rispolverato tutti i rossetti un po' più corposi :)
Di conseguenza mi sono resa conto di non aver mai parlato di Round Lipsticks di NYX che avevo ordinato lo scorso Gennaio da Cherry Culture! - qui il post haul dell'ordine, con i dettagli della spedizione! -

Slowly the weather is getting colder, and that means two things: my mood is directly proportional to my feet temperature, and I re-started to use structured (?) lipsticks :)

Esattamente 365 giorni fa, pubblicavo il primo post su questo blog.
Nel frattempo ci sono stati vari momenti di carestia d'acquisto, di haul, di review, di training autogeni per non sperperare soldi, e anche di poca voglia. Ma col tempo siete diventate 50, o mie lettrici, anzi, 53!
Per questo vi voglio ringraziare tanto tanto, perchè ogni volta che vedo quel numerino aumentare non posso fare a meno di sorridere!

Quindi, vi informo di rimanere su questi schermi, ci saranno novità per voi nelle prossime settimane ;)

Exactly 365 days ago, I published the first post on this blog.
In the meantime there were several moments of hauls, starvation of new purchases, autogenic trainings to not waisting money, and even laziness. But with time you became 50, oh my readers, 53 indeed!
For this reason I want to thank all of you so much, 'cause everytime I see that little number increase, I can't help but smile!

So, I inform you to remain on these screens, there will be news for you in the next few weeks ;)

Review: Silky Touch Eyeshadow by Catherine Arley

Care lettrici, oggi voglio parlarvi del mio ombretto preferito.
Aaah, crea aspettativa questa frase, eh?

Si tratta di un ombretto trovato quasi per caso, ma che mi ha colpito immediatamente per la scrivenza. Nello specifico, sto parlando del Silky Touch Eyeshadow n. 23 del brand semi-sconosciuto Catherine Arley.
Si tratta di un ombretto dal finish satinato - giusto? -, di un meraviglioso colore viola/blu.



My dear readers, today I want to talk you about my favorite eyeshadow.
This sentence creates expectation, uh?

I found this eyeshadow almost by accident, but I was immediately struck by its writing effect.
In particular I'm talking about Silky Touch Eyeshadow num. 23 by the semi-unknown brand Catherine Arley.
It's a satin finish shadow - am I right? -, a wonderful purple/blue tone.

Preview: Shine Caresse L'Oreal

Per vie traverse e conoscenze varie, sono venuta in possesso del nuovo Shine Caresse, la nuova tinta per labbra di L'Oreal.
Il lancio dovrebbe essere previsto per l'inizio di Novembre, e dico "dovrebbe" in quanto è solo una mia supposizione, dal momento che in Francia sono già disponibili, come potete vedere sul sito francese, ovvero qui! :)

By indirect ways and through friends, I came in possession of the new Shine Caresse, new L'Oreal lip tint.
The launch should be scheduled for the beginning of November, and I "should" because that's just my guess, since they're already available in France, as you can see on the french site, here! :)

Lo scovolino è simile a quello delle tinte di Maybelline (ve ne ho parlato qui, ma mi ha profondamente deluso), e a quello delle tinte di YSL.
La resistenza dello swatch è impressionante, ho fatto molta fatica a toglierlo dalla mano. Sono curiosa di vedere come si comporterà sulle labbra!
Ora vi lascio ad altri scatti, e agli swatches!

The brush is very similar to the Maybelline Liptint's one (I talked about it here, but I'm deeply disappointed), and to the YSL Liptint's one.
The resistance of the swatch is awsome, it was quite difficult to remove. I'm curious to see how it will be on the lips!
Now I leave you to other shots and swatches!

Four months haul

Ecco sì, sono stata molto brava. O forse no ... Non lo so.
Brava perchè in questi ultimi 4 mesi (da luglio in poi), mi sono trattenuta molto nell'acquisto compulsivo di makeup, senza il minimo sforzo. Non brava perchè mi sono persa un po' il blog, lo so.
Non vi ho dimenticato, o mie 49 lettrici, vuoi le vacanze prima, vuoi la fatica del rientro poi, vuoi lo shopping calato, non avevo mai tempo o voglia di scattare foto e scrivere articoli per il blog. Però ci tengo, insomma.
Quindi prepariamoci psicologicamente per la ripresa (si spera) dei post. Magari mi alleggerirò nello scrivere, visto che di solito abbondo - e anche troppo!

Yes, I was a good girl. Maybe not ... I don't know.
I was good, since in the last 4 months, I didn't buy too much makeup, and I didn't suffer for it. I wasn't good 'cause I got lost with the blog, I know.
But I didn't forget you, oh my 49 readers, but first the vacation, then the difficulty to get back to the everyday's routine, I got lost.

Confronto SPF 50: Equilibra vs. Biosolis

Salve a tutte, ragazze!
Ebbene sì, sono tornata! Pensavate di esservi liberate di me, eh?! :P
Dopo la Riviera Romagnola e S. Marino, ho vegetato a casa in assoluto relax, vittima del caldo, senza la miniva voglia di fare alcun che. Poi sono partita per qualche giorno a Vienna, ed è stata una sofferenza tornare a casa ... Sigh!

After my vacation on the Adriatic Coast and S. Marino, I laid on the sofa at home, relaxing, since I was a victim of the too hot summer, and I didn't want to do anything. Then I left for few days in Wien, and I didn't want to come back home :(

Ma torniamo operative! Oggi voglio proporvi una review/confronto tra le due protezioni solari che ho utilizzato nei miei giorni al mare ...

But now I'm back, and I'm working! Today I want to talk about two sunscreens I use in my days at the beach ...

Partiamo dal presupposto che entrambe sono ottime protezioni, efficaci, resistenti all'aqua e durature. Non mi sono scottata, pur applicandole solo una volta al mattino, e una al pomeriggio. Di conseguenza, per questa review mi concentrerò più che altro sulle caratteristiche della crema, come si presenta, e dall'effetto che ha sulla pelle.

Both are excellent sunscreens, they last for long time and they're resistant to water. I didn't burn myself, even applying them just one time in the morning and one in the afternoon. So, for this review, I'll focus on their characteristics, their textures, and the effect they both have on the skin.
