Reds for Christmas

Prendere la scusa del Natale per fare un post sui rossetti rossi: FATTO.
Ahah, in realtà ci stavo già pensando da un po', e a dirla tutta volevo fare una serie di post anche sui "verdi", sui "blu", e su altri colori natalizi, ma sarebbero stati molto scarsi, quindi mi limiterò al rosso :)
Dunque, vi illustro i rossetti rossi in mio possesso con tanto di swatch (non sulle labbra però, c'ho provato e le foto erano pessime, doh!) ...
Voi indosserete il rosso sulle labbra per queste festività? Io mi dico sempre "sì, quest'anno rossetto rosso!", ma poi finisco sempre con un colore nude o rosato, di quelli che non si nota quando svaniscono, perchè tanto lo so che finisco a mangiare come se non ci fosse domani! :P
Quindi bando alle ciance, e beccatevi gli swatch! ;)

Ahah, I was thinking about that, telling the truth, and I wanted to make other posts on the "greens", "blues", and other Christmas colors, but I was afraid that they would have been very poor posts, so I'll limit to the red :)
These are the red lipsticks I own, pics and swatches (but not on the lips, I tried, but the photos were bad, so ...).
Will you wear red on your lips for this holiday season? I always tell myself "yes, this year I'll wear a red lipstick!", but in truth I always end up with a nude or pink color, one of those you don't notice when it fade away, 'cause I know I always end up eating like there's no tomorrow! :P

On Vacation: My beauty bag

Ebbene, oggi mi concentrerò con voi sull'arduo tema: "Il make-up da portare in vacanza". So già che sarà un post molto difficile xD
In pratica voglio mostrarvi quali sono i prodotti che porterò con me in questa settimana di relax che mi attende ... Non vi tedierò sulla scelta di ogni singolo prodotto, questo ve lo risparmio! Devo solo riuscire a coniugare due diverse filosofie di pensiero, "Sono in vacanza, e ho poca voglia di truccarmi" e "Sono in vacanza, mi rilasso e ho voglia di truccarmi in modo diverso rispetto al solito". Difficile, eh? Ma sono molto fiera di essere riuscita a far entrare tutto il makeup nella pochette di Elf - vedi qui! -.

PSP: Progetto Smaltimento Prodotti

Ebbene sì, ho deciso di buttarmi anch'io nello smaltimento di un po' di cosine. Sono tutte aperte da un po', alcune vicine alla scadenza, altre no, ma sono tutti prodotti che tendo un po' a "lasciar lì", preferendo usare altro. E visto che nel mio cassetto del make up non c'è più posto, ho deciso di far spazio!
Non avrò una scadenza precisa, conto di iniziare a finire alcune cose già in uno/due mesi. E nemmeno avrò regole restrittive riguardo al "non acquistare". Gli impegni del prossimo mese mi terranno lontana dai centri commerciali, e non sto acquistando già da un po'. Ma verso maggio andrò in un outlet, e volevo fare qualche acquisto nell'Outlet Pupa.
Ecco i prodotti che mi impegnerò a smaltire!

Yes, I decided to throw myself in the disposal of some little things. All these products are opened for a while, some near the end and some not. They're all products that I tend to "let there", preferring to use something else. And since my makeup drawer is a little bit full, I decided to make some space!

Dopo tanto tempo: Elf Haul!

La gioia di ricevere un pacchetto truccoso a casa, tutto per me, finalmente! Ho allegramente approfittato delle spedizioni gratuite che Elf ha messo a disposizione la settimana dell'Epifania, ordinando appena hanno pubblicato il codice. Qualche giorno dopo hanno rifornito il sito - oddio, hanno aggiunto tre nuovi articoli, ma il rifornimento vero e proprio, dov'è? -, ma tutto quello che volevo provare era disponibile, quindi non ho voluto rimandare ancora!

The joy of receiving a makeup package for me, finally! I happily took advantage of free shipping that Elf has made available during the Epiphany week, ordering on the first day the code was released. Many items were out of stock, but everything I wanted to try was available, so I didn't wait the supply of the site.

Smalti festivi!

Eccomi di ritorno per un veloce post a tema natalizio! Ovvero la mia personale scelta di smalti "adatti" alle festività natalizie! Non ho fatto altro che spulciare tra i miei smalti e scegliere quelli che mi parevano più festivi, e che ho intenzione di indossare nel periodo a venire :) Vi lascio subito agli swatches, i nomi li ho inseriti nelle fotografie (cliccateci sopra!), e dopo vi commento un pochino!

Hey, I'm back for a quick Christmas themed post! My personal choice of nail polishes for Christmas holidays! I searched between my polishes and I choosed the ones that I'm going to wear in the coming period :) Here the swatches, names are in the pics (click on them!), and after you'll fin my comment!

Ovviamente sono solo smalti che già avevo, perchè sapete del fioretto - qui! - ... Tranne uno! Lo smalto Layla n° 201, che mamma ha preso con TuStyle. Inutile dire che me ne sono appropriata immediatamente! xD

Obviously there are only glazes I already had, 'cause you know about my vow - here! - ... Except one! Layla n° 201 nail polish, that my mother took with TuStyle magazine.



C'è da dire che il Desert Haze di Elf, effettivamente non è molto festivo, ma io lo immaginavo con una french (classica, o con la lunetta alla base dell'unghia) in coppia con il Kiko n° 241 ... Anche lo smalto Layla, starebbe bene così, ma stavolta abbinato con il MNY n° 445!
Lo smalto Essence, 64 Be Optimistic effettivamente è più autunnale, ma un colore caldo così lo vedo bene anche per le feste (anche qui una french oro non ci starebbe male!)
Infine, ci sono due rossi classici, uno più acceso, il Rimmel 310 Red Carpet, e uno più scuro, il Kiko n° 242 ... per chi vuole andare contro la tradizione e non scegliere il rosso, ho pensato al bellissimo blu Catrice LE C02 En Vogue, uscito l'anno scorso con la collezione Glamourama.

I should say that Desert Haze from Elf, actually is not very festive, but I figured it out with french (classical one, or at the base of the nail), witk Kiko n° 241 ... Even the Layla one would look good as well with MNY n° 445!
Essence nail polish, 64 Be Optimistic maybe is a bit autumnal, but a warm color lithe this, I think it will look good even for holidays (even here, with a golden franch manicure ...)
Last, but not least, there are two classic reds, a bright one, Rimmel 310 Red Carpet, and a dark one, Kiko n° 242 ... and for who want to go against tradition, and not choose the red, I thought to a beautiful blu from Catrice, the C02 En Vogue from the Limited Edition Glamourama, released last year.



Ecco qui, questa è la mia personale selezione di smalti festivi! Mi metterò d'impegno e proverò a realizzare qualche french, o qualche abbinamento particolare! Se il risultato sarà guardabile, documenterò, altrimenti le prove cadranno nell'oblio xD

Lipgloss - Part 2 - Elf

Eccomi con la seconda parte del post! Perdonatemi, ma ho preferito dividere in due per evitare una lunghezza eccessiva, dal momento che sono parecchio logorroica :P
Quindi ... dicevamo ... i miei lipgloss Elf! Ho due tipi di gloss, di cui uno è il mio preferito in assoluto!
Come nell'altro post, quindi, vi elenco le caratteristiche qui sotto!

So ... we were talking about ... my Elf lipgloss! I have two type of gloss, which one is my favourite gloss ever! So, like in the first part, I make a list with their feature below!

Cosa ne penso/What I think: Un gloss molto carino, leggero sulle labbra e non fastidioso, con un fantastico profumo di caramella. Durata nella media.

A very nice gloss, light on lips and not disturbing, with a fantastic scent of candy. Average lasting.

Linea/Line: Luscious Liquid Lipstick

Nome/Name: Strawberry and Rasberry

Colore/Color: Rosso fragola, e un rosa scuro tendente al lampone.

Prezzo/Price: 1,70 €

Contenuto/Content: 1,5 g

In vendita/Still for sale: Sì! Yes!

Cosa ne penso/What I think: Eccolo, il mio gloss preferito! Cosa mi piace? I colori, la consistenza, la coprenza, l'applicatore, la durata. Giuro, mi dura quasi 4 ore, come un rossetto! Unica pecca, il contenuto è veramente poco, ma per il prezzo che ha, posso ordinarne a migliaia. Consigliatissimo.

Here it is, my favourite lipgloss! What do I liek? Everything, colors, texture, covering, applicator, lasting. I swear, I last like 4 hours, like a lipstick! Only flaw: the content is very little, but for its price, I can order a thousands! Very recommended.

Ecco qua! Mi spiace che in foto i due Lusciuos sulle labbra non differiscano molto, ... Ma vi assicuro che dal vivo si nota la differenza!
Che dire ora ... spero che questi post vi siano utili, fatemi sapere cosa ne pensate, se mi consigliate qualche gloss (low cost, eh! :P), o se avete dei pareri diversi dai miei.
